This product will ship with a worm coupon in the box. Once your
your unit has been delivered delivered and you have set it up,
you can contact us via phone or internet to redeem the coupon for
your worms. This will ensure that the worms arrive after the bin and
that they get there alive.

Worm shipments go out on Mondays and Tuesdays only to ensure they
arrive via Priority Mail before the weekend. During very hot or very cold
times, shipments will be reduced to once a week on Mondays.

These worms come with a live guarantee. If for some reason they are
dead on arrival, we will replace that pound of worms as soon as possible. There will only be one replacement available for DOA’s
and we have included tips to ensure their safe arrival.

The worms are only orderable as a bundle with any color WF360 ONLY.
They are not available as an add on product and will not be orderable
with the Standard Worm Factory.
